What is the first step in the Transact process?

Start by completing the Annuity Profile. Be sure to input all the required client information, as this data will be carried forward through the rest of the process.

How do I research available products?

Use the Research section to view all available products. You can also perform a license check and complete any required product training—all in one convenient location.

What happens in Account Order Entry?

The information from the Annuity Profile will automatically prefill into the Account Order Entry section. At this point, you’ll primarily be reviewing the data to confirm everything is correct.

 

Are Suitability Forms included?

Yes. All required Suitability Forms from your firm and the carrier are pre-uploaded in this section, making the process even smoother.

 

Do I still need to upload the annuity comparison?

Yes. Your firm requires an Annuity Comparison created through Due Diligence Works found on AdvisorLinc.  This can be done towards the end of the process.

How do I print or view the forms before submission?

Click “View & Print Early” before clicking “Render Forms.” If you skip this step, you will not be able to go back and print or view the forms after submitting.

Where can I manage my book of business?

The Lifecycle features a Dashboard that provides an overview of your book of business, including key highlights and upcoming lifecycle events.

Can I export data from the Lifecycle?

Yes. You can export both default and customized views within your Holdings to Excel by clicking the Export button.

Will I be notified when a product is expiring, or a product event is happening soon?

Yes. You can receive alerts via email for product expirations and upcoming events. To customize your notifications, go to Lifecycle> Dashboard > Manage Email Notifications. You can also view a list of past and upcoming events under Upcoming Observations in the Dashboard.

Can I customize how I see Holdings and client accounts in the Lifecycle?

Yes. To add or remove tabs and columns from your default view, navigate to Manage View, then select Customize Columns or Manage Tabs.
